What are the main differences between PU and PE?

PE material is polyethylene, which is the largest variety of plastic materials. It is a polymer material synthesized from polyethylene. There are basically two categories: low density polyethylene LDPE (lower strength); high density polyethylene HDPE. PE materials are classified into five grades according to internationally uniform standards: PE32, PE40, PE63, PE80 and PE100. The production of PE pipes for water supply pipes is high-density polyethylene HDPE, which is graded PE80 and PE100 (according to the minimum required strength Minimum Required MRS). The MRS of PE80 reaches 8 MPa; the MRS of PE100 reaches 10 MPa. MRS refers to the tube's tensile stress intensity (calculated according to international standards).
Acid-resistant PU, but PVDF will be better. Special requirements are recommended.
PU gas pipe product characteristics
1. Plastic polyurethane material meets ROHS environmental protection requirements; 2. High elasticity: small bending radius enables PU tube to pass through dense space; 3. Anti-knot: better anti-knot effect than other plastic tubes; 4, the plasticity of the variability: can withstand repeated expansion and contraction; 5, anti-wear: long service life, suitable for easy wear and tear; 6, low gas permeability: reduce the problem of seepage and pollution; 7, good resistance to dissolution : No solvent will leak out and will not pollute the environment; 8. Low compressibility: maintain excellent physical properties; 9. Wide resistance: It has certain resistance to chemicals, water, fuel, oil and bacteria.
PU tube has excellent high pressure resistance, vibration resistance, corrosion resistance, wear resistance, weather resistance, tortuosity resistance, and light weight; PU tube is convenient and flexible to use, easy to pipe work, high precision of inner and outer diameter dimensions; PU tube is flexible, Durable, flexible, easy to use, excellent temperature insulation and superior bending performance!
PE pipes are medium density polyethylene pipes and high density polyethylene pipes. According to the wall thickness, it is divided into SDR11 and SDR17.6 series. The former is suitable for conveying gaseous artificial gas, natural gas, liquefied petroleum gas, and the latter is mainly used for conveying natural gas. Compared with steel pipes, the construction process is simple, has certain flexibility, and more importantly, it is not used for anti-corrosion treatment, which will save a lot of processes. The disadvantage is that the instrument is not as good as the steel pipe. The construction pays special attention to the safe spacing of the heat heating, and can not be exposed to the sunlight in the air, and is sensitive to chemicals to prevent the leakage of the sewage pipe.
PVC, the full name of Polyvinylchlorid, the main component is polyvinyl chloride, and other ingredients to enhance its heat resistance, toughness, ductility and so on. The uppermost layer of this surface film is lacquer, the main component in the middle is polyvinyl chloride, and the lowermost layer is a back-coated adhesive.
PVC can be divided into soft PVC and hard PVC. Hard PVC accounts for about 2/3 of the market, and soft PVC accounts for 1/3. Soft PVC is generally used for the surface of floors, ceilings and leather, but because soft PVC contains softener (this is also the difference between soft PVC and hard PVC), it is easy to become brittle and difficult to store, so its scope of use has been limited. Hard PVC does not contain softener, so it has good flexibility, easy to form, is not brittle, non-toxic and non-polluting, and has a long storage time, so it has great development and application value.
The PU pipe types produced by our company are PU pipe, PU braided pipe, PU pneumatic pipe and PU hose. The main performances are: wear resistance, impact resistance, corrosion resistance, resistance to tortuosity, low temperature resistance, crack resistance, long service life, good elasticity, safety and reliability. Wide range of applications, such as food factories, industrial plants, fisheries, medical, weaving machinery, ceramic machinery, packaging machinery, printing machinery and so on.

What is PU paint? What is polyester paint?
Polyester paint is commonly known as "piano paint" in the industry.
Polyurethane paint is also a paint, just a word difference with polyester paint, but it is a few grades: the volatile organic compound of polyurethane paint (that is, the VOC of people who talk about tiger color change) is several times that of polyester paint, which is very strong for human health. Negative effect.
China needs to use nearly 500,000 tons of various paints every year, of which “polyurethane paint” accounts for 80%, and 80% of this part of the mainstream paints use the name “polyester paint” to enter the market.
This practice of using polyurethane paint as polyester paint from Guangdong has been rapidly developed in three to four years. “Habits” quickly spread from Guangdong to the whole country, and more than 80% of the enterprises in the country have “sliding around”.
The retail price of polyester lacquer per kilogram is about 60-80 yuan, while the retail price of polyurethane lacquer per kilogram is about 20-35 yuan.
In order to distinguish the products, the trade associations put the product certificate of the polyester paint on the PE and the product certificate of the polyurethane paint on the PU.
Nylon: Polyamide is commonly known as nylon, and the English name Polyamide (PA) is a generic term for thermoplastic resins containing a repeating amide group [NHCO] in the main chain of the molecule. These include aliphatic PA, fat-aromatic PA and aromatic PA. Among them, aliphatic PA has many varieties, large yield and wide application, and its name is determined by the specific carbon number of the synthetic monomer.
The main varieties of nylon are nylon 6 and nylon 66, which are absolutely dominant, followed by nylon 11, nylon 12, nylon 610, nylon 612, nylon 1010, nylon 46, nylon 7, nylon 9, nylon 13, new There are nylon 6I, nylon 9T and special nylon MXD6 (barrier resin), etc. Nylon has a wide variety of modified varieties, such as reinforced nylon, monomer cast nylon (MC nylon), reaction injection molding (RIM) nylon, aromatic nylon. , transparent nylon, high impact (super tough) nylon, electroplated nylon, conductive nylon, flame retardant nylon, nylon and other polymer blends and alloys, to meet different special requirements, widely used as metal, wood and other traditional materials Supplies, as a variety of structural materials.
Widely used in:
Building wall insulation material wall insulation coating insulation material
Refrigerator container freezer insulation Home decoration Furniture Foaming filler Aerospace, automotive industry High-end sporting goods equipment Synthetic PU leather Shoe industry General coatings Special protective coatings Adhesives, etc.
PE is polyethylene. PE is widely used, and is divided into high-density, low-density and linear PE. The most common applications are made of various plastic films and plastic sheets. EVA is a vinyl acetate copolymer, which is commonly used as a foamed plastic.
